20+ years of experience in the pastry industry. Born and raised in San Juan, PR. Worked in cities that include Miami, Fort Lauderdale, NY, Los Angeles California, Puerto Rico and now in beautiful Pensacola Florida. My passions are God first, family time, giving back to the community to those less fortunate, beach time and of course desserts. Married to my amazing wife and business partner Nicole and blessed with our 2 kids, Hazel and Riley plus our 5 dogs. Happy happy and feeling blessed for every day and our amazing supportive family and friends!!
