After a lifetime of cooking, a mid-life crisis found me enrolling in culinary school. What began as a passion for all things BBQ has grown into the pursuit of health through whole, vegetable based foods. I am passionate about eating food that tastes good and is good for me. I have taken this delicious hobby and turned it into my life's work as I consult with people who are looking for a food alternative to health ailments, providing personal chef coaching and food preparation services. I am currently earning my Culinary Medicine Professional Certificate.
