COMPETITION: World Burger Championship
As a passionate eater, and lover of all foods, both stateside and abroad. Ahren Boulanger has strong burger opinions, so much so that he opened his own restaurant. There he avoids seed oils, and opts for more traditional fats like beef tallow, butter, and avocado oil. Ahren’s last endeavor was a fermented foods business that he ran with his beautiful wife of 13 years, primarily focusing on unique flavors of probiotic sauerkraut! Now he’s excited to enter the WFC food fray and plans to deliver the most delicious burger the judges have ever sank their teeth into.
