Youssef Boudarine , born in Morocco to a family deeply in treated in food. At age 14, i began painting and drawing, and decided to pursue a degree in Fine Art. At 19, inspired by talented chefs, i changed course to focus on chocolate and French Pastry because these fields resemble fine art in their own sense. I received my culinary degree in 2007. I first started working in Bistros and hotels, between Morocco,Barcelona and Paris. I was fortunate to work with Ladurée Paris Over five years, i learned from and worked next to many master chefs at one of the world’s most premier French pastry shops. In 2016, I moved to the United States to share my love of French pastry with the American audience.2021 I became USA citizen . my diversity, traveling, art and collaboration and connecting with community and local chefs give me bonus to be one the best chef in Indianapolis
