At the age of eighteen I attended ACF chef apprenticeship program in Orlando fl. This gave me the opportunity to work at some of the nicest restaurants and with best chefs in town. I worked my way up to executive chef specializing in made from scratch and fusion. Orlando is a melting pot of different cultures with such great food. I loved learning all the different flavors and techniques this is why I started blending flavors and cuisines. My wife and I decided to move to Huntsville 2010 to open a food truck specializing in burgers with my style of blended flavors. January 2023 we moved into our first brick and mortar restaurant elaborating on the food truck concept. I love cooking competitions after finding out about the world food championships six years ago I've always wanted to compete. Now I have the opportunity here we go!!!!
