I am owner of Naina's Kitchen in Calgary, Alberta. Together with my executive chef, Alexander Court, we produce inventive spins on comfort food. We specialize in stuffed burgers, gourmet poutines (a Canadian thing), over the top grilled cheese, and amazing mac n cheese.
