My name is April Muhammad, I am a wife and Homeschooling mother of four who’s passionate and committed to serving quality foods to the community. In 2010 I entered the food and beverage industry when I join the management team at a local casual dining restaurant, however my excitement for beautiful cuisines deepened when I entered the world of fine dining in 2011. In 2014 I completed my first professional mini course at Rouxbe Online Culinary School. In 2015 I became a certified Wilton Cake Decorating instructor. I’ve been a home baker for 22 years and my family and I are currently in the process of opening our first restaurant. I also currently teach Home EC classes at a local Homeschool Collective here in Birmingham, Al. With very little time to return to school for my culinary certification, I invested in many books, videos, equipment and online courses to further my passion for cooking. Recently, our oldest daughter completed her culinary program at a local community college and she and I will be operating the catering contracts from our new restaurant.
