Bull Outdoor is Back!
The World Food Championships announced today a multi-year agreement with Bull Outdoor Products Inc to help fuel the growth of the event as its exclusive grill and outdoor island partner. In addition to full-size cooking stations for a “grilling academy” this year, Bull will be providing new four-burner grills for the Kitchen Coliseum, where up to 50 contestants can compete at the same time.
“Our massive food tournament, which features numerous cooking rounds over 6 jam-packed days, simply wouldn’t be possible without the support and partnership we have with Bull,” commented Mike McCloud, president of the World Food Championships. “Their grills, quality service and on-site professional techs are world-class in every imaginable way.”
The Bull brand first teamed up with the World Food Championships in its inaugural year, when more than 200 competitors put their products to the test. This year, more than 500 contestants, both professionals and home cooks, are expected to fire up the grills at the competition, which will be held Nov 3-10 in Kissimmee, Florida.
“We are thrilled to be part of such an exciting and growing event,” commented Mark Nureddine, owner of Bull Outdoor Products, which is headquartered in Rialto, California. “Every year it gets bigger and bigger, providing a company like ours the chance to integrate and test our products at the highest levels of performance.”
One of the new products that Bull will be making available to the contestants this year is its ReliaBull Heating Technology, a proprietary accessory developed by Bull to eliminate hot spots on the surface of typical grills. The company will also be conducting Bull Burger Battles around the country to find out who will represent Team Bull at this year’s event. To find out more, visit www.bullbbq.com. For the past two years, Wade Fortin from “Team Bull,” has won the Burger competition.
The 2015 World Food Championships will occur in Celebration, the heart of Kissimmee, Florida. Contestants will be battling for hundreds of thousands of dollars and the coveted title of the World Food Champion. Following a tournament-style format across nine iconic food categories — BBQ, chili, burger, sandwich, dessert, bacon, pasta, seafood and recipe, which features a “fresh” theme — the ultimate champion will take home a $100,000 grand prize.
