My name is Travis Wilson. I am the executive chef of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. I work for RS3 Strategic Hospitality. I have over 20 years of culinary experience. I have won national awards for some of my concession creations including the 2015 best new concession item from Venues Today for my Cracker Jack Chicken & Waffles, the 2019 Best New item in all of Baseball from Ballpark Digest for The Crabzilla Sandwich and 2019 Bush's Home Run Recipe Champion. I am Happily Married to the love of my life Leah and I have 3 kids; Twin 8 year old Boys (Oliver & Braxton) and a 2 yr old Daughter Lyla. I am proud to represent my home town of Pensacola and look forward to being a part of this event.
