HEAD COOK: Christian Arrants
COMPETITION: World Live Fire Championship
A Pensacola native, Chef Chase has been working in the culinary arts since the age of 14. He began his career as a dishwasher and worked his way up the ladder and eventually into fine dining downtown. He then showcased his talents at several prestigious hotels on Pensacola Beach where he has worked for the last 15 years. Chef Chase has competed in several competitions including the “Chef Showdown” at Taste of the Beach. He won first place in the Professional Division of the Gulf Breeze Rotary Club’s Gumbo Cookoff in 2022. He enjoys using local ingredients and learning more about local farms and products in the Panhandle.
