COMPETITION: World Barbecue Championship
After years of cooking and grilling out for family and friends, I saw a competition BBQ show on television. Competition has always been something I've enjoyed be it sports or otherwise, so the opportunity to compete at something like bbq that I also enjoyed was very appealing. We started cooking backyard BBQ competitions in 2014 and cooking professionally in KCBS in 2015-2016. Since then, we have been competing all over the Great Lakes region.
