I am a Mexican-American chef born and raised in Southern California trying to bring authentic Mexican flavors into competition BBQ. My passion for cooking began as a child helping my mom in the kitchen and grew after spending a few years in culinary school. That grew into a Taco Catering business that I’ve had for 5 years and after a few backyard competitions over the years, I jumped into the pro circuit and now I’m in my 1st year in the competitive bbq scene.
