Chris Webb was born in Daphne, AL and currently resides in Lakewood, CO. Chris is an Army veteran with multiple combat tours as a US Army Infantryman and went back later as a private security contractor. Since leaving the military Chris has dedicated his life to BBQ as a partner at Proud Souls Barbecue & Provisions with locations in Colorado and Missouri, BBQ is the heart of what we do. With a strong passion for food, community and comptetion their three locations service competition Pitmasters as well as avid home cooks, creating Pitmasters one backyard at a time Chris has showed off his BBQ skills cooking in KCBS events, winning numerous Grand & Reserve Championships, 180 category wins, 700+ finishes, and most recently the 2022 American Royal Invitational Reserve Grand Champion.
