Rob Gresham has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. His strong background in both the front and back of the house has enabled Rob to create, manage and operate some of the best restaurant brands in the United States, including Chipotle and CAVA. In 2019, Rob founded One Cup Consulting to assist many area restaurants and wholesalers in perfecting their operations and maximizing their earnings. Rob’s love of food, authenticity and passion inevitably led him back to operations. Rob created a new fast casual brand, ISAAC’S Poultry Market, and opened the first restaurant in February 2023. Rob’s extensive culinary background and hands-on approach has given him the knowledge, creativity and skill to create ISAAC’S from the ground up, with heart and soul and a flair that is unique to Rob.
