Ryan graduated The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York in 2002, where he graduated with honors,was the only student to graduate with high passes on all cooking practicals and won the coveted Service Award. With over 100 Awards in BBQ, Chili , Dessert and Chowder competitions over the last 10 years, Ryan Pang and his team are bringing the Fire to the Live Fire Category!
