I have had a love for food from a young age. My grandmother, father, and mother, have all been huge influences to my life as a cook. From family gatherings to race track weekends, we always cook a great meal. I started my career in food at fast food, and have grown to owning and operating a BBQ restaurant and food truck. My mother started it all. She signed me and my dad up for a barbecue competition, after acquiring barbecue equipment and competing we caught the barbecue bug. We transformed our camping trailer into a food truck, and since have opened a brick and mortar. We smoke meat nightly, make homemade sides, and offer comforting homemade food to customers. Each customer is treated like they are joining us at their Aunt Patti's barbecue! We have even influenced others to quit their normal nine to five job to barbecue for a living. Not only is feeding people rewarding, but it also is something that helps us continue growing. It inspires us to try new things and chase our dreams! We work hard every day to achieve our goals. As a father and daughter team we are more than happy to bring award-winning barbecue to our small town here in correctionville Iowa. After all what is a barbecue without family, food, friends, and even a little smoke!
