I am a worldwide hospitality professional that has worked in Mexico, United States, Turks and Caicos, Spain, France and China, from commis to Sous chef positions, at hospitality luxury brands and Michelin star restaurants. My food is the result of my travels and interactions with people, their culture and my life experience. Always knowing that the kitchen is a craft and there are a lot of artificers out there to learn from. I understand my craft and I am aware of the challenges and opportunities that presents, and that the human asset and his wellbeing is what makes a kitchen work.
