Chef Jeff has twenty-one years of culinary experience, more than sixteen of which has been spent as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or consultant, opening nearly two dozen restaurants, hotels, and private clubs in the southwest region. Jeff has worked in various venue types and high-profile homes. He has appeared on various television and radio shows, including achieving a victory on The Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen. With impeccable attention to detail, Chef Jeff brings his personal and culinary expertise to every project undertaken. His unique approach combines quality ingredients, cultural melting pot ideas and innovative presentations while staying true to comforting traditional flavors. His primary objective is to create delicious, memorable meals that guests will relish. Jeff began his culinary career at the mere age of 14 years old. He started his journey in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Upon realizing his natural talent in the kitchen, he relocated to Los Angeles, California where at the ripe age of 19 years old he secured the Executive Chef position at Le Petit Ermitage.
