I am Princess Anne Uy currently won the Golden BBQ Ticket in WFC in Melbourne Australia. My food business is Marckey Food Au, I am a Food Consultant and an International College Trainer. I have worked at famous and known Nobu Restaurant in Melbourne as a Head Chef. I have been into different Culinary activities across different states in Australia. My advocacy is women empowerment in businesses, community, and leadership. In relation of this advocacy, I have created masterclasses, to inspire and guide people who wanted to be in the food industry. Sparing a bit of my time and plan out to create small activities for those who are passionate to learn and explore. Helping my women friends and colleagues who are in food businesses in creating their menus, supervising the service, improving their workflow and many more.
