I’ve done masters in Economics and have 11 years of banking experience. When I migrated to Australia, I decided to change my career path and this time I followed my dream to become a chef. I did my certification in Patisserie and Commercial Cookery from WilliamAngliss Institute and despite having loads of health issues, I opted this profession. I participated in regional level competitions to gain experience and learned to work under pressure. I’m very much focused to open my own business venture in future that stands out for its own unique way of pastry. I’m creative and quick learner, for me every stage, every competition is a learning experience. I’ve a great sense of flavouring and colours. I love to be called an artist that designs desserts and impress people with my recipes and work.
