I'm Jonathan Merrill from the Colossal Sandwich Shop located in Bedford, TX! My team consists of my best friend of 45 years and business partner, Terry Duncan, as well as our sons, Benjamin Merrill and Nick Duncan. Terry and I have always had a genuine love for food and exploring the culinary arts. We have traveled across America learning and developing our skills and cuisine specialities. We now own a renowned Sandwich shop in the DFW area and are ready to take over Texas!
