AntoinetteGilliam was born and raised in N. St. Louis, MO. My love for cooking began in my mothers kitchen as I was being exposed to all the soulful dishes created from so little but meaning so much. Over the last 30 years her home has been the place of family gatherings from Fish Fry Fridays to sushi rolling and large Thanksgiving gatherings that would feed many family and friends. Learning how to recreate foods from various dining experiences has been an intricate part of her food journey. In the next chapter of life Antoinette, welcomes the opportunity to work in the community and to teach healthier ways to prepare food that we love!
