Hello, My name is Thomas and my career started by bussing tables then learning to make pizza. From there I just wanted to learn more and have been a line cook and am now a Sous chef at a fine dining establishment. I’ve previously competed in Ningbo, China through WACS and in Philadelphia for Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs.
