I am honored and very excited to represent Michigan as the 1st place winner of the 2019 Taste of America Challenge. My skill set has been developed through years of working at my fathers’ bakery growing up, as well as recently graduating culinary school. Graduating only just 6 years ago, I have earned the opportunity to progress at restaurants from Downtown Detroit to mid-Michigan, in White Lake as a Pastry Chef. Developing my inspiration from Michelin star plating to your local hometown ingredients and flavors, I plan on taking my experiences and using them to my advantage.
