Growing up watching my German mother in the kitchen has led me to a 14 year culinary career around the United States in various kitchens ranging from casinos and country clubs to senior living and consulting. I love non traditional techniques and fusion cuisine and often show that in my dishes. I also enjoy the local restaurant scene where i blog and review my experiences.
