QUALIFYING EVENT: FoodChamp Challenge - Burger
I am a home chef and food blogger who thrives on the adrenaline rush that comes with competitive cooking. Recent contest wins have whisked me off to Italy, Napa, Sonoma, Martha's Vineyard, Virginia Beach, San Francisco and Las Vegas. I have competed in numerous hands on cooking contests including Sutter Home Build A Better Burger Alternative category (placed 3rd), WFC Reser's Best Potato Salad (placed 5th) and Side Dish categories and the New England Soup Challenge (won the Southern Region). I recently won the St. Francis Say Cheese contest. Last year I was honored to be part of The Ultimate Wine & Food Experience hosted by Tyler Florence. My bread pudding recipe landed me in Italy for 10 days and my cookie recipe sent me to Virginia Beach. This hobby has turned into the greatest journey of learning, laughing and friendship. I am excited to share my burger with the judges this fall in Las Vegas and to seeing some old friends and meeting some new ones!
