Erika Kerekes writes the award-winning family recipe blog In Erika's Kitchen (www.inerikaskitchen.com). She has decorated cakes with The Cake Boss, made guacamole with Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken, and interviewed celebrity chefs including Robert Irvine, Giada De Laurentiis, Alice Waters and Ming Tsai. She moved from New York to southern California two decades ago and still can't believe she lives in a place where food grows on trees in her backyard.
