QUALIFYING EVENT: 2012 WildCard Draw
Bruce has been a Dutch oven competition cook for many years. Among the dozens of competitions he and his wife Vickie have won are the Wyoming State Dutch Oven Championship, the Utah State Dutch Oven Championship and the World Championship Dutch Oven Cook-off. Bruce and Vickie are long time members of the International Dutch Oven Society, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. His new book "Dutch Oven Baking" will be out in March 2013.
