I have been cooking Steak on the SCA tour as well as cooking BBQ for KCBS. I also, enjoying making desserts. Qualified for the Steak Cookoff Association World Championship in 2020 and 2019. Sixth place overall in 2019 for the Oklahoma State Steak Championship. Qualified for the Arkansas State Championship in 2020. Numerous top tens on the Steak Championship tour. Kansas City Barbecue Society 2020 Dessert Champion. Placed 12th in the KCBS World Invitational BBQ Dessert Category. Two KCBS Grand Championship, multiple KCBS Reserve Grand Championships and several KCBS top ten. American Royal Reserve Grand Champion in the sides category. Grand Champion in the Inaugural Hasty Bake Bowl 2020.
