Dabbled in competition BBQ with my father a few years back. Encouraged him to attend the 2016 WFC after he nabbed a golden ticket. Came down with him and finished 4th. 2017 finished 13th, 2018 finished 5th, 2019 got our asses handed to us...Won the Washington State Chili Championship's in 2019. Just love to cook for my wife and two son's in our little corner of the PNW. Now in 2021, my oldest son and a dear friend join the team. Bringing people together with food is what I love to do.
