As reigning grand champions of the Sertoma chili cook off, my co chef, Todd Grant, and i are extremely excited for the opportunity to compete in this years WFC competition. We started cooking together about 5 years ago representing our company, SMC Packaging Group, in local food competitions. Todd and I both share a love of cooking, and bringing people together around a good meal, and can’t wait to represent Springfield, MO this November.
