COMPETITION: World Invitational Steak Championship - SCA
I grew up in a family of foodies, so the love of cooking started early for me. As I got older, I tended to lean more towards grilling and BBQ than anything else. I just recently in the past year started competing in SCA steak comps and actually had my first win about a month ago. So being able to compete in World Food Championships is an amazing feeling!
