My name is Jonathan Jimenez aka “BOB”. I have been working in the culinary industry for the last 20 years. I was the owner and executive chef at “The Sandbox” restaurant in San Juan and Boquerón in Puerto Rico. The Sandbox restaurant was ranked the #1restaurant on the Island for 3 consecutive years, with a 5 star rating! I have competed in the Burger Lover Fest and the World Food Championship in Las Vegas and many other local contests. I have finished within the top prizes in every contest I have participated. My current project is to open a new restaurant named “Bob’s Burger House” in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico with the main concept of delicious gourmet burgers.
