An Arizona Native. Started school studying Political Science and Journalism, then found real passion and went to Scottsdale Culinary Institute. After graduation, I became a chef at different resorts and brick and mortar places. Later, I opened my own place, Seed. I focus on using local and indigenous ingredient. I am sort of a purist and let the ingredients speak for themselves. Today I am fortunate enough to be able to have 3 greenhouses and 2 orchards to fuel my fire to create. You're only as good as your last plate...….
