I've had the privilege of working alongside great men and women at the Springfield Missouri Police Department for the past 21 years. Through the years, I've been involved in and organized numerous charity events that benefited multiple local children organizations. The latest, was competing and winning the 2019 SERTOMA Chili Cook Off, which the real winners were the Springfield Boys and Girls Clubs. My team served good food, which qualified us to participate at the World Food Championship. I'm not a professional cook, but take pride in serving good food. It's a little intimidating competing against great cooks from around the world. It's an honor to be here.
