I was taught to cook at a very young age on my family's large farm by my grandmother who instilled the passion for food and my grandfather who taught me the respect for food. Farm to table has always been a way of life. I entered my first competition in 2011 and won grand champion. I've been addicted ever since. Challenging myself to be better and to learn all I can.
