I am a chef in Birmingham, Alabama. The name of the restaurant is Bistro V and it is known for its world class seafood and other Southern fare. This is my first time at the World Food Championship. I won a spot after winning the Seafood Cookoff for Alabama. I am a former Alabama football player and love competition and the chance to win on such a big stage.
