Sous Chef and Manager of Buzzcatz coffee & sweets in Orange Beach, AL has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years from fast food restaurants to fine dining, but my love has always been baking. Here at BuzzCatz I enjoy making people happy with my sweet treats. My favorite expression is to “Throw some sprinkles on it and call it a day!”
