I am the pitmaster of the Baldo bbq team. My journey in the competitive bbq starts in 2015, in the IBC WBQA. In 2017 with some friends we founded the Baldo bbq team reaching the WQBA world championships in Ireland, qualifying 3rd place in the brisket the same year.
