Cooking has always been an interest of mine and 5 years ago I was fortunate enough to join my brother and sister-in-law’s competition bbq team Pullin’ My Money Muscle. When I first joined the team I was excited to compete in the “ancillary” events like burger challenges, pizza cook-offs and of course desserts because it was a way for me to contribute. As you can imagine, packing equipment, food, camping supplies, etc. demands a lot of planning. I enjoy how competing in bbq and cook- offs forces me to improve and expand my organizational and time management skills. My favorite dish to make? Whatever puts s smile on someone’s face. Whether it is simple or elaborate, it is an awesome feeling to provide friends and family with yummy eats. For my day job I am an Industrial Designer snd reside in Cleveland, Ohio.
