The Crazy Gringo Tom Vasilos and head chef Serafin Yanez met over 3 years ago and culinary history was made. With over 30 years experience between the two, Tommy and Serafin have excelled in their partnership. The two of them have created a booming business with their tasty authentic Mexican dishes. Not only do they operate The Crazy Gringo, they run a successful catering business serving the Metro Detroit area with Mexican and Greek food. A second location, which opened over a month ago, and a third location on its way, the sky is the limit with these two.
