I am a consultant, task force chef, and restauranteur with 30 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, and event management. I have extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry combined with experience in multi-unit operations, management, events, and lease negotiations from opening 37 restaurants, 2 hotels and a food hall for myself and others. Currently, I just finished a 40,000-square-foot food hall incubator and culinary plan for the 16 Tech Innovation District, the AMP, or Artisan Market Place.
