The 2012 Jack Daniel's World Brisket Champion! John Lattuca, is the sole member of Weekend Warrior BBQ from Montreal, Canada. In his rookie season, cooking on his backyard Weber Kettles he is off to a smokin' start. He was crowned grand champion at the inaugural Winnipeg Free Press Pit Masters Championship at Red River Exhibition Park. He recently competed at his second ever competition and was crowned the 2012 Jack Daniel's World Brisket Champion.
