There is nothing better than watching people enjoy something you have prepared, I am just a backyard cook that has been grilling for many years, then began learning BBQ after buying our first smoker at the end of 2010. My wife Dannielle and I decided to try out competition after friends and family made us feel worthy. Received our first award in Ribs at our 2nd event and we were hooked. It has now become a sickness, trying to find the next great flavor while becoming consistent enough to hear your name called again, there is no feeling like it.
