Learned to cook over an open fire in the Boy Scouts.Fell in love with cooking and especially grilling. Have won many local competitions. At the Memphis In May competition, I have won first in patio porkers, third in the pro division, and first while cooking with Pig Pounda Kappa in the rib division.
