I am a self taught chef with 23 years experience in multiple style restaurant concepts as well as different culinary genres. I have designed, built, and developed over 12 different restaurant concepts for other companies and finally had a chance to open my own restaurants this year. I am currently the owner of Driftwood Bar and Grille and Ronin Sushi and Steak at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama.
