COMPETITION: World Sandwich Championship
Married 49 years ago to the sound of Moon River and "two drifters off to see the world". We lived in Europe on and off for 12 years, intensely enjoying the cuisine of Paris and Munich. Prepared and relished culinary delicacies on 6 continents. I created home banquets for visiting international cardiac surgeons. The cultural interchanges were extremely rewarding. We are now semi-retired and actively pursuing American food specialties. In my first WFC competition in 2016, I won first place in the WFC Sandwich category.
