COMPETITION: World Invitational Steak Championship - SCA
After working in the restaurant industry for nearly 20 years, doing everything from serving and bartending, to cooking and managing, a love and passion for food rubbed off on me. I was encouraged to enter the Canadian Food Championships this year by a few friends and fellow Team Canada competitors, Russ and Jocelyn Bird. I am excited to compete for Canada at the World Championships!
