Nick Edwards AKA (Hoss) has been in the competition barbecue world for the past three years judging and competing honing his skills. Gaining local success and fair with his Appalachian cooking methods in his home town of Wytheville, Va. He can most assuredly show why fire and smoke are BBQ’s best friends. Home cooking and creativity are his trademarks. His most recent venture BBQTreat.com is a subscription service. That pairs with top award winning pitmasters across the country. With the goal in mind of making backyard BBQ less imitating and connecting backyard’s with recipes, tools and ingredients used by the pro’s.
