COMPETITION: World Seafood Championship
Matthew was trained classically by Chef Kevin Fonzo, Avner Samuel and a stream of other master chefs and Michelin rated chefs. He has studied baking, pastry and has a love of combining all the techniques to create memorable and inspiring cuisine. For the past 10 years, Matthew built and designed culinary operations for hotels, country clubs and restaurants. Matthew came to Florida and fell in love with the close community of local farmers and fishermen. Matthew has appeared in various cooking shows, has been published and has written editorials for local publications.
